Several people are feared killed and several others were injured when the roof of the gallery in Muradnagar’s crematorium ghat complex in Ghaziabad district collapsed today. According to police, the mishap happened when some people went to the crematorium to perform the last rites of their relative. Some people are feared trapped under the debris. The injured have been admitted to hospital. The number of deaths is not yet confirmed. NDRF team has launched the rescue operation. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed officials to conduct relief operations and submit a report. In a tweet, he said, all possible help will be provided to those affected by the incident.
