Budgam Police sustained continuous crackdown against drug menace and drug peddlers.
During checkpoint at Chandpora, police party of P/S Budgam intercepted a vehicle Hyundai Venue bearing registered No.JK01L 4445 with three persons on board. During search 5 Grams of Heroin and 120 capsules of Spasominpywon were recovered from their possession.They have been identified as Mohammad Ashraf Yatoo S/o Ghulam Mohammad Yatoo R/o Sholipora budgam,Sameer Ahmed Bhat S/o Ghulam Din Bhat R/o New Colony Agrikalan magam and Asif Nazir S/o Nazir Ahmed Rather resident of Archendrahama magam.
A case FIR No.24/2021 has been registered at P/S budgam and investigation has been taken up.
