Bihar Chief Secretary Arun Kumar Singh passed away while undergoing treatment for Covid-19 at Paras Hospital in Patna of Bihar.Singh, a 1985-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, had been appointed as the Chief Secretary of Bihar on February 28, 2021.
