50 QUARTERS OF ILLICIT LIQUOR RECOVERED AT UDHAMPUR, 01 ACCUSED ARRESTED*Udhampur June 10thPolice patrolling, party of PS Udhampur led by Insp. Chaman Gorka SHO PS Udhampur. During routine patrolling near Birma Bridge Udhampur, Police patrolling party caught one suspected person who was trying to hide himself from police party for checking.During search of said person, 50 quarters (250 ml each) were recovered from the accused person namely *Romesh Kumar S/O Jagan Nath R/O Chak, Udhampur* Police party arrested the accused person, seized illicit liquor and also registered a Case FIR NO. 199 /2021 U/S 48(a) Excise Act at PS Udhampur and further investigation is underway.
