Conveys condolences, expresses solidarity with Mian Altaf, others

Srinagar, Aug 18 (KNO): Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) president Ghulam Ahmad Mir on Wednesday visited residence of veteran Gujjar leader Late Mian Bashir Ahmad Larvi at Wangath Kangan and conveyed deepest condolences to bereaved family.

According to a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), JKPCC president was accompanied by various party leaders, who also joined him in paying tributes to veteran Gujjar leader.

JKPCC president Ghulam Ahmad Mir accompanied by party General Secretary and leaders from Kangan and Ganderbal visited residence of Late Mian Bashir Ahmad Larvi and conveyed deepest condolences to his son Mian Altaf and other members of the bereaved family.

JKPCC president spent some time with the bereaved family and expressed solidarity with them.

Congress leaders shared the grief with Mian Altaf (Son of Mian Bashir Larvi) and prayed for eternal peace to departed soul.

On this occasion, JKPCC president hailed the great contributions of the deceased towards the upliftment of poor and downtrodden sections of the people, whose teachings and guidance shall continue to inspire the generations, he added and termed Mian a great spiritual leader.
