Srinagar , 17- Nov: The families of civilians killed in Srinagar gunfight staged a protest in Press Enclave seeking justice and bodies of their slain kins.The family members of building owner Altaf Ahmed and Mudasir Gul, who were killed in Hyderpora encounter staged a protest on Wednesday demanding the bodies of slain back without any further delay.“I appeal all Kashmiris especially minorities to come and protest against this injustice. Today this calamity has befallen on us; tomorrow it can happen to you.” Dr Hanief Bhat who identified himself as brother of Altaf said.The protesting family members also reached out to the J&K’s mainstream camp, especially former chief ministers—Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti asking them to raise their voice beyond Twitter and redeem their lost respect, “If you (politicians) really are with us, then join us,” Hanief added as he broke down in tears.
