Budgam, 25-Mar: The Office of the Chief Education Officer Budgam organised one day Orientation Programme on School Leadership for all Prinicipal, Zonal Education Officers and other school heads at Sheikh-ul-Alam Hall in Budgam.During the programme various resource persons shared their expertise on School leadership and deliberated on better and tangible result oriented actions and programmes.Chief Education Officer, Budgam Syed Amin who was Cheif Guest on the occasion called for well physical, financial and human resource managment for better results from schools.He said that head of the school plays an important role in moving his/her school towards the right direction.He emphasised on inculcating the strong sense of ownership of school property among themselves is the key towards to see your school flourishing and prospering, besides main focus on the holistic development of students.Further the CEO directed concerned school heads to ensure timely protection of school works, proper utilization of funds, sanitation and well maintenence of their institutions(CNS)
