    Another blast today rocked Koteranka-Budhal belt in Rajouri district, fourth in less than a month, causing injuries to two civilians while police arrested another person from Anantnag, who was involved in April 22 Sunjuwan terror attack, and seized a truck used in transporting the militants from village Supwal in Samba sector to the site of attack.A blast occurred outside the house of Netar Singh at village Shahpur, about 20 kilometers from Budhal in Rajouri district tonight when the tent owner was shifting goods from the house to a TATA Mobile after marriage function this afternoon.The blast took place near TATA Mobile and two workers loading the goods were injured.Police, as usual, remained in the denial mode saying they were investigating whether it’s battery or tyre blast or anything else.However, eyewitnesses said it was a blast and both the injured have splinter injuries.Injured have been identified as Buland Khan son of Saeed Mohammad of Jaglani and Jasbir Singh son of Balwan Singh of Mohra. They have been hospitalized.On March 27, two blasts took place at Koteranka town but didn’t cause any damage while few days back, a non-local labourer couple from Etah in Uttar Pradesh was injured in an explosion in the nearby area.This is fourth blast in Koteranka-Budhal belt in less than a month.Meanwhile, police today arrested Ishfaq Ahmad Chopan of Anantnag, who along with Billal Ahmad Wagay of Kokernang, Anantnag, had transported two fidayeen from border area of Supwal in Samba district to Sunjuwan a day before the terror attack.Truck No. 4135 JK03L used in transporting the militants has also been seized from Anantnag.Chopan has become third conspirator in the attack to be arrested while another person has been detained. One or two persons are absconding.Meanwhile, an explosion took place in an agriculture field on the outskirts of Jammu with police suspecting that it was caused by a lightning strike or a meteorite.The blast was reported in Lalian village in Bishnah belt, they said.“We suspect it to be a meteorite…. Might be lightning”, a senior police officer said.Investigations are on.
