JAMMU, Feb 13: The Multi-Speciality Uppal Neuro Hospital Outpatient Department (OPD) Clinic has started functioning at Kalu Chack near here, today.The Uppal Neuro & Multispeciality OPD Clinic was opened by Dr Ashok Uppal (Neurologist and owner of Uppal Hospital). Jammu Mayor Rajinder Sharma who was the chief guest inaugurated the Clinic in presence of Deputy Mayor Baldev Billawaria, Dr Uppal and other officials including former Minister, Gulchain Singh Charak, corporate Greater Kailash, Anil Kumar, Dr Salil Uppal, and Dr Shikhil Uppal.Addressing media on this occasion, Dr Ashok Uppal said, ” For the last many years they have been looking and planning to open Neuro Hospital in Jammu but now with the grace of God today I have succeeded in opening it.”
