Srinagar,11-Feb; Three policemen from Gursai police station of Poonch district were injured on Friday after villagers pelted stones on them.Officials while confirming about the incident said that a police party from Gursai police station reached Galuta village of Mendhar in connection with some investigation where villagers attacked the team and pelted stones over the team.”Three police personnel including two Constables and one SPO were injured in the incident, who are receiving medical aid in the local hospital,” said officials.Meanwhile, Police have taken up cognizance of this matter and efforts are on to nab the fugitive.(CNS)
