Kulgam ,28-May;Three Concrete Structures which were under Construction at Turigam Kulgam without permission from the competent authority as per recent Land Conversion Rules were Demolished by Revenue Department.Officials told that a team of Revenue department assisted by police led a demolition drive at turigam area of Yaripora Thisal in Kulgam district.The demolition drive was carried out under the supervision of Tehsildar Yaripora Mohammad Iqbal Zargar (KAS)Zargar told that nobody is allowed to raise any structure without permission from the competent authority. These violators were informed time to time not to raise structures illegally and now officials were being forced to act tough.“We demolished all these structures in area and in other parts, such structures will be dismantled as well. People are requested to refrain from such practices otherwise be ready for the loss,” he said.(CNS)
