Baramulla, 27 Dec: A Massive Anti Encroachment Drive was today Held in Hyderbeigh Market of District Baramulla during which Several illegal Structure were Removed from Footpaths.According to Current News Service ,a Joint team of Civil and Police administration of Sub Division Pattan Conducted a Anti Encroachment Drive on Both Sides of National Highway at Hyderbeigh Pattan during which Encroachment of Shopkeepers and illegal Construction of teen Sheds and other Structures were removed.On the Occasion large number of Locals, traders and Pedestrians highly appreciated the drive and requested Deputy Commissioner Baramulla to continue it.It is pertained to mention here that Major Portion of Foot Path and Govt land was encroached by Some Shopkeepers and others,which was the Main Cause of Traffic Mess and Nuisance on Bla National Highway.Anti Encroachment Drive Was Headed by Executive Magistrate Pattan Saqib Murtaza (KAS) and was assisted by R&B Department and DO Police Post Palhallan Athar Parvaiz.Meanwhile Tehsildar Pattan Saqib Murtaza told told that despite Several Notices they did not bothered to remove encroachments due to which general public was suffering.“We have requested Shopkeepers to remove their Encroachment outside their shops without any delay or they will have to face law”, Murtaza added.(CNS)
