RAJOURI: With the number of increasing COVID19 cases throughout the region, Indian Army has mobilised Medical Patrols with an aim to spread awareness on COVID-19 precautions.Army sent its medical patrol to Keri in District Rajouri. The patrol interacted with the villagers including Sarpanchs and Panchs. Villagers were familiarised with on symptoms observed in 2nd strain of COVID-19 and on the importance of practicing preventive measures such as maintaining social distance, washing hands with soap, wearing masks and avoiding social gatherings.Leaflets on COVID precautions were also distributed and pasted on public places like Community Halls and Shops.30 COVID kits consisting of sanitizers, soaps and masks etc, were distributed to the villagers.The effort of medical patrol has been appreciated by the locals
