A CBI team reached the Parcel Department of Jammu Railway Station this morning for surprise checking. The CBI officers started investigating the records and goods present in the department by putting the officers of the department aside. Sources say that it was reported to the CBI that there are a lot of irregularities in the goods coming from different states of the country through the railways. It has also been learned that a lot has been revealed in this checking going on since morning.According to information received from the railway, this checking of CBI is continuing from 6 am. It is also being said that this process of checking can continue till evening. It is being told in the facts that have been revealed so far that there is a great difference in the weighment, price etc. of the material being sent out through the railways and coming from outside the states. Not only this, there were many couriers on which some of the same stuff has been written, whereas there is some other stuff on the other side. It is being said that some of the railway officials may also be complicit in all this. Hence the investigation process of the CII team is going on.
