Srinagar, 17-Nov; Two Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel and two civilian were injured after suspected militants lobbed a grenade in Palhallan Chowk in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday.A senior police officer told that militants hurled a grenade on CRPF party. In this incident two CRPF men identified as ASI Nitesh Kumar son of Baktu Ram resident of HP No: 911340305 45-G Coy and HC Ashil Das son of Bugh Das resident of Utrakhand No 03513781 45-G Coy and two civilian identified as Lateef Ahamd Mir son of Ab Majeed Mir resident of Takya Tapper, Junaid Hassan Lone son of Gh Hassan Lone resident of Palhallan received minor splinter injuries. All of the injured persons were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.Meanwhile soon after the attack, the security forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to trace the attackers.(CNS)
