Anantnag,14- Dec: Condemning the terror attack on police party in Pantha-chowk Zewan, noted socio-political leader Imran Amin Shah has expressed deep anguish and grief over the loss of police lives and injuries to several others and expressed his sympathies with the kiths and kins of deceased.Terming the incident as dastardly and barbaric, Shah said that such incident only bring despair and devastation. He said that no one can achieve peace through violence. The old thinking “If you want peace, be prepared for war” should be abandoned. Peace through non-violent means peaceful international relations based on equality and respect for each other’s territorial integrity and nationhood is the best solution.He urged the government to identify the culprits involved in such heinous act for exemplary punishment and appropriate compensation to deceased families.(CNS)
