Srinagar, 27-Jan; The Rehbar-e-Taleem (ReT) teacher from Budgam has left no stone unturned against the alleged discrimination by the government, saying that the appointed teacher on behalf of her has illegally got the same post back in 2010 under advertisement notification no:ZEO/B/SSA/2010/E-10 Dated 06-11-2010. Waheeda Yasin, resident of Housing Colony Budgam has been running from pillar to post regarding the long pending case of fake appointment of Muzaffar Mohi u din(ReT) who has managed two PRCs ín his favour, one from Handwara and another from Budgam.In a first enquiry conducted by the Assistant commissioner Budgam vide his office letter no.DCB/LRA/enquiry/2011/57-59 dated 28-01-2011.Accordingly, Tehsildar Handwara vide his letter no.TH/OQ/17/1148-50 dated; 22-11-2017 has reported that Muzafar Mohi u Din is original resident of Batapora village in Tehsil Handwara and has migrated to ompora Budgam.however, Tehsildar Handwara in this behalf (change of residence) has issued a certificate vide no. TH/MM/15828 dated 17.11.2015. Moreover, PRC stands issued in favour of Muzaffar Mohi u din vide Tehsildar Handwara file no;115/M dated 11.01.2002 seventeen years ago.However, Muzafar Mohi u din along with his sister were issued PRC vide file no.526 of 2010-11 and 524 of 2010 by revenue authorities from then Tehsildar Budgam vide no;666/MM/13 dated ;13.03.2014 from village Ompora Tehsil Budgam to Batapora Tehsil Handwara (Change of residence)Later, ADC / district vigilance officer Budgam vide his office letter no; DCB/CC/2018/438-30 dated; 30.01.2018 has submitted a detailed report to Div. Com Kashmir which categorically intimates that Muzaffar Mohi u din is holding the PRC of district Kupwara.“keeping the aforementioned facts and circumstances in view, it came to light that Muzafar Mohi u Din has got two PRC, one from Handwara and one from Budgam which is prohibited under law and it is recommended that strict action against Muzaffar Mohi u din may kindly be initiated as per norms in vogue”, reads the enquiry report by Tehsildar Budgam.The ADC Budgam has also clearly stated in one of its order no.
