    Srinagar,26-Apr; An awareness camp on e-NAM under Annadata Devo Bhava/Kisan Bhagidari Parthmikta Hamari Campaign was organised by Area Marketing office, Horticulture Planning & Marketing Department JK at e-NAM mandi Parimpora and Narwal under the Chairmanship of Assistant Director (M)/In charge e-NAM.The programme was attended by Assistant Director (M) Annaytullah Khanji, Directorate of Marketing & Inspection (DMI) -Sr. Marketing officer, A.L Moriya, at narwal Mandi whereas Area Marketing Officer Shama Jalib, Grading & Marketing Inspectors including Shabir Ahmad Mufti, State Co-ordinator e-NAM J&K Jameel Jeelani and other officials participated at Parimpora On the occasion at Narwal Mandi, Annaytullah Khanji spoke about eNAM and its benefits. A.L Moriya gave detailed information about Formation and Promotion of 10K FPOs and Agricultural Marketing and Infrastructure scheme.Meanwhile at Parimpora Mandi, Shabir Ahmad Mufti spoke about the detailed registrations procedure for stakeholders on e-NAM. State Co-ordinator e-NAM J&K Jameel Jeelani spoke about the detailed process of eNAM from Gate Entry to Gate Exit, Benefits of eNAM Platform to farmers, FPOs, Traders, and Mandi, eNAM Mobile APP, New Features in eNAM etc were explained.The objective of this programme is welfare of primary producers of agricultural and horticultural commodities in valley by providing them an easy access to a transparent, inclusive and traceable e-market for their products all over the country. Both the sellers and buyers will be on board on the user friendly e-platform of eNAM, an online trading platform for agricultural commodities in India facilitates farmers, traders and buyers with online trading in commodities. The market helps in better price discovery and providing facilities for smooth marketing of produce whereby buyers across India gain direct access to the agriculture and horticulture commodities with a transparent pricing and cash transaction mechanism resulting in better remuneration for the commodities to the farmers of the UT.
