- Mir Ruvais extended his Sincere and hearty greetings to Muslims in the UT OF JnK and around the India as all observe the holy month of Ramazan. The Qur’an teaches that Ramazan is a time for fasting, prayer, worship, and contemplation. Muslims observe this month by renewing their dedicaion to caring for those in need, doing good deeds, and strengthening family and community ties. These actions reflect many of the values that Muslims share with people of other faiths across our UT including courage, compassion,Mir urged the LG administration to make all adequate arrangements including uninterrupted power and water supplies for ensuing holy month of Ramazan.
