Srinagar, 13-May: A thief from West Bengal was caught red-handed while while attempting theft at Aalikadal here at Aalikadal area of Srinagar late last night, officials said.In a tweet, Police spokesman said that the thief namely Milan Islam son of Mohammad Noorul Islam of West Bengal, at present Rajbagh here was caught by locals and Some stolen items were also recovered. “He was allegedly caught red handed while attempting theft at Aalikadal. Some subversive elements are trying to give it different colour’’,he added (CNS)
