Ganderbal,14-May: Senior Political Leader and former Legislator Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar has asked his leaders to reach out to the people and resolve their problems so as to boost their morale.Jabbar held a meeting with workers and Senior citizens in Gutlibagh area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district. On the occasion, DDC members and senior workers were also present.Jabbar asked them (the Pakhtun community) not to go anywhere else. He told them he is obliged to the community the way they are supporting him and his worker’s. He told them that whatever their grievances, he would try and solve them.Talking to the media, the former MLA said that the focus of the meeting was preparations for coming assembly polls.“All my senior office bearers will be visiting the assembly constituency up to booth level. A pamphlet of achievements which I rendered during my three years tenure as MLA apart from holding interactions ”Jabbar added.In their talks with Jabbar, the Pashtu leaders put forth demands such as drinking water problem, Education, health related problems besides other issues. Jabbar assured them he would work towards meeting their demands at an earliest.(CNS)
