Wikipedia which is common these days for its free education is now in the highlights. Wikipedia has recently shown a wrong picture of the Indian Map on its website. Wikipedia has shown Aksai Chin as a part of China’s map over who h India raised objections. The Electronic and IT Ministry of the Indian government has written a letter to Wikipedia regarding the issue. The Ministry has also emphasized to remove the link for the internet at the earliest. The ministry in its letter wrote ” under section 69A Wikipedia should block the link to the map which shows Aksai Chin as a part of China and should also remove the link from its website.The issue was raised when the map went viral on Twitter and people from all over the globe started raising objections that how Wikipedia can show Aksai Chin as a part of China’s map which is already a part of India.
