Six tourists injured as Mini Bus turns turtle in Anantnag

    Anantnag,06-Apr: Six tourists were injured when a mini-bus they were travelling in, turned turtle near turtle in cheeniwader Anantnag area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday morning.Police official confirmed to that a minibus (JK01L-4443) driven by Irfan Ah Mir son of Ab Ahad Mir resident of Kangan Ganderbal on its way to Srinagar from Pahalgam skidded off the road and turned turtle near Cheeniwader area leaving six tourist injured, who were shifted to SDH Bijebehara for treatment.The injured were identified as Bharat Pinglay son of Dutta Rai; Vineet Pinglay son of Bharat Pinglay, Suneeta wife of Bharat Pinglay; Salochna wife of Khanda Roy; Lata Vodagar wife of PS Gisay and Sununda wife of Bindha-all residents of Maharashtra.Meanwhile, a case (FIR No 17/22) under section 279, 337and 427 IPC stands registered in police station Srigufwara.(CNS)
