Kulgam,14-Apr: CPI(M) leader Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami has strongly condemned the killing of civilian in Kakran village of Kulgam district on Wednesday evening. While Speaking to Tarigami lamented the killing and said that it is clear that no religion allows us to kill people of other religions. He urged the people from all sections to ponder over the grim situation prevailing in Kashmir and join hands to find ways and means for ending the vicious cycle of innocent killings.“I don’t know who is getting benefitted by killing innocent civilians, no one except enemies of peace. The vicious circle of violence must stop now and the perpetrators of the attack must be held accountable and be brought to justice,” he said.”I came back yesterday after visiting south part of the country and I met the people there and told them to have brotherhood because no religion teaches to be intolerant of each other,” Tarigami added. He further added that the frequent attacks on civilians need to be probed. Losing precious human life is an unfortunate and mere condemnation of such heinous incidents isn’t enough Pertinently, a local of kakran Kulgam identified as Satish Kumar Singh, a driver by profession, son of Surinder Kumar Singh was shot at and was shifted to hospital in a critical condition.However, he succumbed to his injuries later at hospital.(CNS)
