Shopian ,28-Mar: A youth was found dead in an orchard in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Monday Morning.As per official sources, the body of unidentified youth who seemed to be in early 20s was recovered from the orchard at Kadgam Shopian.The body was taken into custody and after proper verification will be handed over to the family for last rites. “We have found a syringe nearby and whether or not it was used by him or thrown in the field by somebody else would be revealed after investigations,” he added. Meanwhile, case under relevant sections of law has been registered and further investigations to ascertain the cause of death has been launched.(CNS)
