Jammu: Essentials to open during Lockdown are milk shops, fruits & vegetables, karyana & grocery ( but only pure grocery not mix with books, clothes & other non essential items), chemists, drugists, diagnostic & clinical labs. All functions of marriages are allowed with following Covid protocol.
