Former West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee, who was admitted to a hospital on Dec 9, was discharged on Tuesday.
Bhattacharjee, 76, was admitted for treatment of acute exacerbation of his respiratory problems.He will be kept at home care. A bulletin by the hospital reads, “Sri Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee had one more uneventful night. He slept well. All indwelling catchers are removed including the central line and other IV lines.
He is maintaining all clinical parameters well.”The CPI-M veteran had tested negative for Covid-19.
