Kupwara,24-Feb; Two persons involved in smuggling of narcotics were arrested in border town Karnah area of north kashmir’s Kupwara district, police said on Friday.In a statement issued, police spokesman said that during the intervening night of 23/24 February 2023, based on specific input developed by local police a total of 5 packets of heroine like narcotics substance weighing 4.588 Kilograms was recovered from Karnah area of Kupwara in two separate incidents.
