KATHUA, MARCH 23: In compliance with directions from the Director of School Education Jammu, an integrated portal was launched today on the existing website of the Chief Education Officer in Kathua.The portal captures various parameters of schools including staff and infrastructure to provide transparent and hassle-free information to the public and higher authorities. The portal can be accessed at https://schools.ceokathua.in/Index.aspx.A circular issued by the Chief Education Officer has instructed all school heads to upload information related to staff and schools on the portal. Kathua district has taken the lead among all districts in the state to launch such a useful portal where information related to staff and students is available at a click to all superior authorities.The project was completed under the supervision of CEO Kathua, Parkash Lal Thappa with inputs from DEPO Kathua, Kewal Krishan and executed by Raman Kant, Assistant Programmer for Samagra Shiksha in the office of CEO Kathua.Raman Kant was also praised by authorities for his sincere and dedicated efforts in leading and executing the project with efficiency.
