Srinagar,25-Oct: Director Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), Ajaz Ahmad Bhat (IAS) today visited district Ganderbal and took a detailed review of activities to be undertaken in Jan Abhiyan and ‘Back to Village’ programme phase IV (B2V4).The Director reviewed the set targets for Jan Abhiyan and B2V4 for the Institute and stressed on an all inclusive and a vigorous approach towards involving all sections of the society. He directed the officers to organize public outreach programs at grass root levels involving panchayats and various social groups in the villages with a proper synergy with all the concerned line departments.The Director also inaugurated a 10-Day Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) conducted by JKEDI district Centre, Ganderbal. The programme is conducted under Tejaswini livelihood scheme at Boys Hr. Secondary School, Ganderbal. This scheme is a special endeavour of Mission Youth, Government of Jammu and Kashmir.Secondary School, Arif Ahmad Khan, Communication Officer JKEDI and Mrs Rafiya, Career Counselling Officer were also present on the occasion. The EDP is coordinated by Abdul Rouf Khan, Assistant Faculty and Ms. Syed Nazneen Assistant Faculty is the Trainer for the program.
