Bandipora, 16-Feb: The Bandipora District administration on Wednesday performed the most difficult operation so far to evacuate a critically ill female patient from Gujran hamlet of Gurez valley close to Line of Control.After receiving an SOS about a critically ill patient in the remote village of Gujran who needed immediate evacuation for better medical treatment, Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Dr Owais directed for airlifting the patient from snowbound village.After hectic preparations and indepth planning with ARYANS – The Helicopter Services Company especially Zubair, Manager, the helicopter successfully landed in Gujran hamlet and evacuated the patient.
