Jammu, 12-Apr,: Rattan Lal Gupta, Provincial President Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) Jammu has lamented that the incumbent Govt has miserably failed on all fronts with youth despite being the future of the nation have been at the receiving end under the present regime. He said that unemployment among the youth has crossed all limits and the height of the things is that the Govt is misleading the people by issuing fudged reports to show that unemployment rate has come down in J&K. The senior NC leader stated this while addressing the party workers meeting JKNC (Youth Wing) of Jammu Rural A at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhawan here todayThe meeting was organised by District President Jammu Rural-A, Raghbir Singh Manhas and presided over by the Provincial President Youth National Conference, Jammu, Ajaz Jan while Rattan Lal Gupta was the chief guest. At the outset of the meeting, Ajaz Jan appointed Rakesh Sharma as District President Youth Jammu Rural A.While addressing the workers’ meeting, Rattan Lal Gupta said youth is the backbone of the party and the present situation is a matter of serious concern as the Govt has no policy for the youth as a result of which unemployment in Jammu and Kashmir is at peak today. He said that the government of J&K must come clear on the gigantic difference between the unemployment rate data announced by it recently and the one made public by the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE).
