Srinagar,19-Jan: Additional General Secretary Apni Party and Chairman Municipal Council Anantnag on Wednesday while reiterating and emphasizing the fulfillment of demands of regularization of NHM employees.Shah said, it is purely myopic when the Govt is not able to see and realize the services NHM employees have rendered to people and in return has shown apathetic approach towards them. Shah further said that it is the NHM community, which has altogether revamped the primary and secondary health sector by working tirelessly and have catered to the health needs up to ground level. It is pertinent that NHM employees have brought laurels to our state in Primary Health Care and adorned the status of state by not only reduction in MMR but also bringing IMR below the national average, Shah Added. It is laudable that NHM has boosted the primary health sector in terms of maternal, child, adolescent health besides intervention in communicable and non- communicable diseases. Shah stressed that the Govt should come with a concrete policy for Human Resource under NHM in the interest of Justice.(CNS)
