In a terrifying incident in Jammu & Kashmir, Block Development Council Chairman of Khag, Bhupinder Singh was killed by terrorists in Budgam district. He was attacked by the terrorists when he went to his ancestral village Dalwash. He had headed towards his house in Srinagar without the company of his two security personnel.
“Block Development Council Chairman of Khag was residing with his family at Aloochi Bagh, Srinagar. Although he was provided 2 PSOs from DPL Budgam, today he went to his ancestral house without his PSOs & without any information to the police about his visit. Probe underway”, said the Jammu & Kashmir Police in their statement.
