Enforcing relaxation conditions in the district where people are asked to mandatorily wear the face mask at public places without any exemption as per order issued by DM Samba, 59 persons were booked today by Samba Police and fined them @Rs 500/-per person.
In today drive Samba Police while on patrolling in the area, booked a total of 59 violators from different areas of the district for not wearing face mask and charged with fine of Rs 500/- from each violator.
The wearing of face masks has been made mandatory for the general public as well as Government employees in district Samba as a measure to prevent the spread of COVID 19.
Samba Police appeals to its citizens to wear mask, strict to all the precautionary measures and follow all relaxation conditions to contain the spread of Coronavirus.
