KISHTWAR, FEBRUARY 15: To redress the grievances of people at their doorstep, Additional District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, Sham Lal today presided over weekly Block Diwas programme here in block Trigam.The public grievance redressal camp was held under the management of Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj in collaboration with other departments. Scores of people from adjoining panchayats took part and highlighted their grievances and demands seeking up-grading of local infrastructure and streamlining of public services.BDC Chairman Trigam Sri Chand; DDC member Trigam, Om Prakash; ACD Atul Dutt Sharma; CAHO, Dr. Sanjay Kumar Sen; CAO Amjad Hussain Malik; Nodal officer AYUSH, Dr Vikram Singh; BDO, AEE PWD besides field functionaries of different departments attended the programme.Various grievances and issues raised by people were responded by Officers of concerned departments under the overall supervision of ADDC Kishtwar.The ADDC asked the departmental heads to ensure that the genuine public grievances were redressed in a time bound manner.Responding to the issue raised by PRIs, he said that the water crisis in trio panchayats of Trigam A, Trigam B & Trigam C will be resolved soon as the ongoing Water Supply Schemes under Jal Jeevan Mission will be completed by June 2023.
