Range Police Headquarter Rajouri organises Volleyball Tournament under Civic Action Programme 2024-25

RAJOURI, FEBRUARY 18: In an effort to strengthen the relationship between the Police and the Public, Range Police Headquarters Rajouri organized a Volleyball Tournament at District Police Lines under the banner of the Civic Action Programme. The event is witnessing participation from 12 teams from across the District of Rajouri.The tournament was officially inaugurated today, by Tejinder Singh, DIG R-P Range Headquarters Rajouri, in the presence of other officers, including Gaurav Sikarwar, SSP Rajouri.  Vinay Gadge-IPS (Prob.), Bikram Kumar, Additional SP Rajouri, Satish Kumar, Dy. SP Hqrs. Rajouri, Akshay Khajuria, Dy. SP DAR DPL Rajouri and Pawan Sharma, Dy. SP SO to DIG RP Range.At the inaugural ceremony, DIG R-P Range emphasized the significant role that sports play in building character and promoting physical fitness. He also highlighted the initiative’s purpose to engage the youth in constructive and productive activities and keeping them away from evils like drug abuse.This tournament represents a step forward in the police’s ongoing efforts to engage with the community and foster a sense of unity and can camaraderie between the law enforcement and the citizens they serve.
