Srinagar, May 31: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed his condolences for the tragic bus accident in Jammu’s Jajjar Katli area and announced financial assistance for the affected families.According to CNS, taking to Twitter, PM Modi stated that he is deeply saddened by the incident and has decided to provide compensation through the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF).Under the announced relief measures, an ex-gratia amount of Rs. 2 lakh will be provided to the next of kin of each deceased victim, while those injured in the accident will receive Rs. 50,000.The compensation aims to alleviate the financial burden faced by the families affected by this unfortunate incident.
