Kulgam,13,Jan:- Snowfall started in Kulgam and Noorabad since morning which is still going on, under the direction of District Development Commissioner Kulgam Dr. Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat, all the employees of Kulgam district have been instructed to be ready so that no problem arises and the mechanical department is busy with clearance in all areas.As DC Kulgam has given instructions to the mechanical department to inform about the bridge and people have also been asked to cooperate and be patient and not keep their vehicles on the roads so that the roads are not covered.
