May 31: Sopore Police hosted a simple but impressive farewell function at District Police Lines Sopore to bid adieu to DySP DAR Sopore Shri Ghulam Mohi-uddin who superannuated from his active service.
SP Sopore Shri Sudhanshu Verma-IPS and other senior officers including DySP Hqrs Sopore, SDPO Rafiabad participated in the function while following social distancing norms and other protocol.
SP Sopore while acknowledging the contribution of the officer, conveyed his best wishes to him and prayed for his good health and success post retirement.
On the occasion, other senior officers of Police District Sopore described him as honest, sincere and dedicated person who gave least priority to his personal interest before the service.
The superannuated officer also spoke on the occasion and expressed gratitude towards overwhelming response of higher officers towards his role in the department.
