Srinagar, 17-Nov; Even as Vicky Shaw has been elected as Chairman of PHDCCI-Kashmir but all in not well within the body due to the tricky decisions made by the him against the consent of members.Sources revealed that Vicky shaw hosted an event “dinner party”as Thanksgiving for assuming the charge of chairman. However, shockingly during the”dinner party” it was revealed by Shaw that he has given charge of various posts to members of chamber without taking into consideration the consent of senior members.Accordingly the same was opposed by senior members and the matter was brought into the notice of court.Subsequently, court while taking the notice of complaint, stayed the same order of the PHDCCI-Kashmir chairman. The judiciary stayed the order, announced on 05.11.2022 by Vicky shaw of nominating various committees. Reportedly Shaw who was recommended by Mustaq Chaya without consulting Executive Members has also been stayed.Notably this is for the first time in Kashmir that a Delhi based chamber’s chapter has been taken to court.
