EC Education Konchok called on Lt. Governor UT Ladakh at Raj Niwas

Leh, 12 Sept.: The Executive Councillor for Education Konchok Stanzin yesterday evening called on Hon’ble Lt. Governor UT Ladakh Shri. Radha Krishna Mathur at Raj Niwas and submitted a memorandum requesting provision of special quota in all institutions for border students, special quota for border aspirants in recruitment in the paramilitary and army, exemptions of Inmarsat satellite phone charges for border villages and allotment of land at Leh for border people.
