Srinagar , July 24: The land donated for the construction of Public Health Centre seventeen years ago is yet to be compensated and the psoriasis patient owner of the said land is forced to move from pillar to post for getting compensation of his land.Owner of the land Abdul Satar Bhat, resident of Mulfaq Hazratbal told that he has donated the land for sub Health Centre (PHC) Mulfaq Hazratbal seventeen years ago but he is yet to get compensation or employment for the same.” I have verbally donated it and I am yet to Handover legal documents to health department, but no compensation has been paid till yet” said aggrieved Ab. Satar.He added that department is forcing him to sign papers without any compensation.”Although I am caretaker of sub-centre ( PHC) Mulfaq but I am not paid even a penny for it” he further mentioned.While showing his medical documemts he said that he is a psoriasis patient and needs huge amount of money for its treatment.In order to get compensation he even met advisor Baseer Khan but nothing has been paid yet.

At last he appealed LG Manoj Sinha and Director Health Services Kashmir to provide him immediate compensation so that he may not be forced to move from pillar to post for compensation.
