Srinagar, May 31,: Lieutenant Governor (LG), Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, has been actively working to enhance governance and streamline grievance redressal mechanisms in the region.According to CNS, in a series of tweets, the LG highlighted the steps taken to address citizen grievances, improve public service delivery, and ensure timely implementation of key services.The LG chaired a Mulaqaat, an interactive session, to directly engage with citizens and understand their concerns. This initiative aims to address grievances and deliver essential public services promptly, including healthcare, education, and social welfare.The administrative machinery in Jammu and Kashmir has been made more responsive and efficient to meet the needs of the masses effectively.One of the indicators of the administration’s responsiveness is the significant number of grievances registered on JKIGRAMS, the official grievance redressal portal for the region.The overwhelming percentage of grievances redressed demonstrates the commitment to resolving public concerns promptly.
