NC leader decries unscheduled power cuts across Tral

Srinagar,22-Mar : The National Conference, Senior leader of Tral constituency on Wednesday said the government has failed to ensure basic civic amenities to people, who continue to suffer on account of unscheduled power cuts and outages across the Tral.While expressing concern over the deteriorating power scenario in the Tral, Ghulam Mohammad Kantroo alias Bin kantroo said that people continue to suffer for want of the basic needs. He said regular and long power outages have become the order of the day.Kantroo further added that the LG administration is duty bound to ensure all basic and effective facilities to the people during the pious month.He further added, “It’s expected of the administration to ensure steady ration supply at all depot centres. It would be appreciable if the administration increases the quota of rice for this month. The roads and alleys leading to mosques and shrines of the valley, in general, should be lit up so that people don’t face any difficulty during the evening and early morning hours”,he added.
