JAMMU, August 23: In a significant development, the National Conference (NC) received a major boost today as prominent social worker and Christian leader, Smt. Spana Gill, along with over 80 social activists, joined the party during a programme held at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhavan, Jammu organized by Mrs Bimla Luthra former MLA and State Vice President Women Wing JKNC.
