Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of J&K National Panthers admitted in Jammu hospital

Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of J&K National Panthers was to reach New Delhi on January 8, 2021 to attend the State Legal Aid Committee meeting. The State Legal Committee has worked out a constitutional matter for the Supreme Court of India so that nearly 35000 Special Police Officers (SPOs) shall get the benefit of Supreme Court of India where this case of SPOs was filed by Prof. Bhim Singh, Executive Chairman of J&K State Legal Aid Committee.Prof.Bhim Singh’s legal office in Jammu announced that because of his hospitalization in Jammu could not reach Delhi on January 8. His office in Jammu informed the airlines that he could not manage to take the flight and he is waiting for the clearance of the doctors attending him in Jammu Super Speciality hospital. Prof.Bhim Singh also congratulated J&K National Panthers Party for organizing a demonstration in New Delhi demanding statehood for J&K as was promised by the Prime Minister himself. J&K state was founded in 1846 by first Dogra Maharaja Gulab Singh.Prof.Bhim Singh declared that he shall take up the matter before the Supreme Court of India. He also declared that 35000 SPOs who are working as full-fledged police constables cannot be ignored as they are entitled to be treated as police constables. He said that Mr. Sewa Singh Bali, General Secretary of J&K Panthers Trade Union has been deputed to collect all the documents relating to police daily wagers called as SPOs in Jammu and Kashmir & Ladakh.
