12 August-CNS:- Ahead of 15th August, the security has been beefed up across the Srinagar city. The police and security personnel are carrying the search operations and checkings across the city.At every checkpoint, the surveillance and searches have been beefed up ahead of 15th August. Cordons are being carried out in view of security reasons across multiple areas of Srinagar city.From Today morning, the police and CRPF personnel have been carrying search operations and cordon across the areas of Lal Chowk, Hari Singh High Street and Shaheed Gunj. Besides that, the security personnel have also launched a fresh cordon at Khayam area of Srinagar city.Police and CRPF have also launched drone surveillance across Srinagar city. More than 12 drones are carrying continuous surveillance of Srinagar city ahead of 15th August.Strict vigilance and checking’s are been carried out by Government forces ahead of 15th August.(CNS)
