Dimple demands grant of district status & bifurcation of the west assembly constituency in two seats.Sunil Dimple president Mission Statehood led a strong protest rally on Janipur high court road, burnt the copies of delimitation unsatisfactory report & MOU signed in Dubai with EMRA, LULU & non-binding 39 MOU with the real estate, land given without the domiciles to non residents will change the demography of our j&k state. .Addressing the protesters Sunil Dimple said mission burnt the copies of delimitation report, MOU signed in Dubai with EMRA, LULU & non-binding 39 MOU with the real estate, land given without the domiciles to non residents.Dimple said the BJP govt and LG Govt are selling jammu Kashmir land, signing the MOU signed which will change the demography of jammu Kashmir, Jammu, by non binding MOU, with Dubai foreign investors, with the real estate summit, with investors, allotting land to them without domicile certificate to real estate for the apartments.Dimple said these MOU with Dubai investors are big threat for the security also who knows the Dubai golf countries Arbian countries, LULU, EMRA has connection with the ISI & hawala rackets.Dimple appealed to all these jammu and kashmir leaders to unite, and clear their stand to save the demography of dogra j&k land of Mahraja Hari singh ji, restoration of Statehood.He said there is no development we want, which will change the demography of j&k dogra state.Dimple questions the LG Manoj Sinaha, why he took hasty policy decisions vis-a-vis allotment of land to outsiders and foreign investors, from all over India, deleting the PRC permanent state subject, for the real estate’s business in j&k?Dimple came heavily, alleging the delimitation is working on the BJP agenda so we burnt the copies of the delimitation report as this report did not bifurcate largest constituencies.He demanded the bifurcation of the west assembly constituency in to two assembly constituencies, grant of district status to the jammu west assembly constituency.Dimple demanded to make Jammu district a separate MP parliament seat separating from jammu poonch MP seat.He demanded restoration of unification of jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh as one j&k state back with POK, Gilgit blatistan.He said our case of 370 35-a is still pending with supreme court of india, such conclaves meeting orders are against the ethics of judicial norms, it seems that law of the country has no value in the eyes of Bjp govt.The senior leaders are Manjiet Anand, Satpal Sharma, Sachin Soi, Rajesh Tll, Rupesh Bhat, Anmol, Arjun, Krishan Lal and many others.
