Under the supervision of worthy DC Jammu , a team of revenue officials headed by Tehsildar Dansal Sh.Dhruv Gupta retrieved 237 kanals of state land worth crores of rupees that was illegally encroached by some people in villages Kah, Bhouta,Slay and Kanayala, Tehsil Dansal. The team comprised of Naib Tehsildar, Girdawars and Patwaris.A police force of around 80 male policemen and 30 females headed by SHO Jhajjer Kotli Sh. Rajesh Khajuria accompanied the revenue team.The details of state land physically retrieved is as follows:-1. Village BhoutaKhasra no. 394 = 14 kanal 5 marlasKhasra no. 578 = 11 marlasKhasra no. 579 = 8 marlas2. Village KanyalaKhasra no. 294 = 123 kanal 10 marla3. Village Kah Khasra no. 370 = 26 kanal 2 marlaKhasra no. 374 = 36 kanal 16 marlaKhasra no.373 = 14 marla (house)4. Village Slay Khasra no. 226 = 34 kanal 14 marlaTotal land = 237 kanalsIt is also pertinent to mention the boards of state land indicating all details of land were also fixed at all the locations from where encroachers have been evicted.The notable influencial encroacher was BJP Block President Dansal whose encroachment was 36 kanal 16 marlas in Khasra no. 374 village kah,14 marla house in Khasra no. 373 village kah- bhouta and 8 marla in khasra no.579 (school building) village bhouta .
